We are a growing software company based in Vancouver, WA that"s actively reinventing itself in the cloud. While we"re currently the top business software in the Pool, Hot Tub, and Hearth industries, we"re shooting for the moon as we re-launch with our new SaaS product. You'll be a trusted business advisor to our clients assisting them in using our software to its fullest potential.
The key to success in this role is the ability to build trust, create and maintain business relationships, clear cross-departmental communication, and knowledge of industry business best practices as they relate to our software.
Here's a snapshot of what we want you to do:
Evosus develops, maintains & supports our SaaS Business Management Software, LOU. The Account Manager will help to deepen new and existing client relationships by providing guidance to our clients to help them streamline their day-to-day procedures and grow their business using Evosus products. The Account Manager will also be responsible for managing new client software on-boarding from inception to completion with accountability for a successful implementation and ongoing client relationship. We are looking for motivated self-starters who enjoy troubleshooting, resolving and assisting customers with their general day to day operations in our software.
Here's what you'll be doing day to day:
Provides excellent customer service by interacting with each client with respect, patience, and professionalism; as well as ensuring timely, quality solutions to client questions
Operates as a lead point of contact for clients and their accounting related questions and issues
Forecasts, tracks, and achieves sales quotas and continuously keeping the revenue forecast updated in our CRM
Documents all activities and identifies opportunities in our CRM
Proactively reaches out to Evosus Legacy & LOU clients
Guides new clients through Evosus Enterprise implementation process by analyzing the client's business requirements and objectives; develops a project design to meet client's business needs
Responsible for monitoring implementation project plans, schedules, reports and manages all documentation pertaining to assigned projects
Conducts periodic status checks with client's and team to assess progress against their Evosus Experience
Provides software application training services & detailed/training webinars
Create support documentation to be used internally as well as for customers
Demonstrate Product Expertise via E-Learning, Onsite visits and at company user conferences
Provide onsite consulting for clients when needed.
Required Education and Experience
3 or more years of exp. in a sales or customer service position
3 years or more of exp. in resolving and troubleshooting complex accounting related questions
3 years or more of exp. In the Pool & Spa Industry
Associate"s degree OR an additional 2 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience with Evosus products; Legacy & LOU Software packages.
Intermediate Computer Skills Including: Microsoft Windows 10; Microsoft Office (2010/2013) Suite Including Word and Excel; G-Suite; and more
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
Here's where you'll hang out:
This is a full-time position and workdays are Monday through Friday. This position works in a hybrid work environment and has the option to work at the office, remote, or a combination of both.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position may operate in corporate headquarters in a professional office environment or at a remote home office outside of the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers and drawers.
Travel
Travel will be required throughout the year and 5-7 consecutive travel days per month is expected, but not limited to.

$26.00-$32.00 per hour. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the compensation range based on their qualifications and professional experience, as well as the needs of our business.
