Job Summary
Operational Oversight:
+ Oversee the operations of Key Nation Accounts, ensuring all aspects of service, and product offerings are optimized for efficiency and quality.
+ Coordinate with the Customer Service Managers to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Revenue Maximization:
+ Align with divisional goals to strategize for increasing revenue streams, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
+ Review financial data, analyze product margins, and adjust strategies to drive profitability.
Labor Budget Management:
+ Develop and manage labor budgets to ensure optimal staffing levels, maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising on customer service quality.
+ Monitor staffing trends and adjust based on business needs, seasonal changes, and customer demand.
Customer Service Excellence:
+ Promote and instill a culture of excellent customer service within the team, ensuring that all team members adhere to high service standards.
+ Track customer satisfaction metrics, implement improvements, and ensure a proactive approach to resolving issues.
+ Enhance account retention through strong customer relationships, continuous feedback, and delivering high-quality service.
Team Leadership:
+ Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the Customer Service Managers, helping them achieve performance goals and develop their skills.
+ Ensure effective communication between departments, promoting collaboration and teamwork to achieve operational objectives.
Reporting & Analysis:
+ Report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on operational performance, revenue trends, labor costs, and customer satisfaction.
+ Analyze operational data and make recommendations for improvements or changes to meet business goals.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a food service, retail, or hospitality environment.
+ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
+ Excellent customer service skills with a track record of creating a customer-first culture.
+ Strong analytical abilities with experience reviewing financials, product margins, and labor budgets.
+ Ability to strategize and think critically to achieve business objectives.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Knowledge of labor laws, staffing management, and best practices in operational efficiency.
