Are you a service-focused professional with a knack for sales? We’re looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team! This role is designed for someone who can manage client relationships, provide top-tier service, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional service to address client needs and inquiries
- Actively manage policy changes to ensure satisfaction
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Assist in developing new business through referrals and networking
- Partner with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Familiarity with EPIC or AMS360 software is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
