As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of client accounts.
In this role, you will step in after the sale is made, acting as the subject matter expert and managing every detail from A to Z. Your focus will be on delivering an elite, white-glove customer service experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood year over year. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business.
Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership: Take complete ownership of client accounts, managing all aspects year over year to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term satisfaction.
- Elite Customer Service: Provide white-glove service, addressing customer needs and concerns with professionalism, expertise, and promptness to foster loyalty and trust.
- Order Management: Oversee the re-ordering process, ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled with precision.
- Negotiation: Manage deposits and negotiate prices, balancing client needs with company goals to create win-win outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, art, and logistics teams to streamline processes and ensure all details are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Project Management: Coordinate new orders with the sales department, managing them through to completion while maintaining a keen focus on detail and organization.
- Administrative Support: Handle backend tasks to ensure smooth operational execution, supporting the success of other departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Experience in negotiating and managing client expectations effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while providing a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $75,000 annually.
