RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Account Executives/Advisors to onboard new business, complete renewals, and execute client service strategies.
- Accurately document account details in agency management systems, including policies, activities, and correspondence.
- Assist in RFP processes, compare carrier proposals, and provide summaries to support client decision-making on insurance programs.
- Build and deliver Open Enrollment and New Hire presentations.
- Stay informed on vendor/carrier plans, industry trends, and relevant legislation.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent service and support.
- Foster positive working relationships with coworkers and insurance carriers.
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits is required.
- Microsoft Office experience required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- HRIS system familiarity is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, be a problem solver and team player, be organized and able to multi-task, and be an excellent communicator.
