Job Summary: The successful candidate will lead and executes e-commerce initiatives, focusing on advanced digital marketing strategies across paid media channels to drive customer acquisition.
This role also requires strong skills in relationship management, retention tactics, and revenue growth through proactive management and expansion of an established and high-potential book of business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and expand an established book of business by fostering strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximize e-commerce growth.
- Analyze campaign and account data to improve ROI and develop actionable insights.
- Conduct regular client engagements to drive satisfaction and strategically upsell or cross-sell solutions.
- Serve as a key liaison between digital marketing execution and sales growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in e-commerce customer acquisition through advanced paid media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing a book of business with a successful track record in client retention and revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and proactive opportunity identification skills.
- Proficiency with automation tools, platforms, and strategies for e-commerce automation, including CRM and marketing automation systems, to efficiently manage a large book of business.
- Demonstrate adaptability to navigate and respond effectively to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in e-commerce and Sales is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn ads, Shopify, HubSpot are preferred.
- Experience with AI-driven tools and strategies, including their application in automation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
