Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a leading player in the professional services marketplace, committed to empowering businesses for success in the digital/automation era by offering an array of innovative solutions and expertise. We are looking for an Account Manager to help with one of their largest clients, Dell. We would love to have someone who worked at Dell Professional Services, or has sold services to Dell in the past. This is a remote role, however, we need someone who lives in AUSTIN due to the headquarters being in Austin.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives and align solutions to support their business goals.
- Sales and Account Strategy:
- Work closely with the our client's account team to develop and implement strategies for account growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Solution Development and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Present progress updates and ensure clients are satisfied with ongoing engagement.
- Engagement and Retention:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day management of client accounts, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Assist in the closure of action items and deliverables for client engagements.
- Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Lead the creation of client proposals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Present tailored solutions that meet the client’s evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in account management (consulting sales, or equivalent being a plus).
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving account growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex client needs.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and proactive in day-to-day client engagement tasks.
