About the role
The Account Manager is a trusted, strategic partner to customers, clients, and members across the nation. The Account Manager will align with customers, clients, and members to meet their healthcare needs, adding value as a trust benefit advisor. The Account Manager will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts. The Account Manager will be empowered to grow existing accounts by bringing forth new services and expanding on existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, and maximizing profitability through the accounts' benefits.
What you"ll do
- Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
- Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling LHH's diverse portfolio of services.
- Design solutions and help our customers solve their benefit challenges.
- Oversee successful completion of day-to-day commitments.
- Collaborate with account leadership to develop strategies.
- Identify issues and consult with the customer to determine the best course of action and implement solutions.
- Manager customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics.
- Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of pervious sales and/or account management experience
- Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Satisfactory background check screening
- Satisfactory drug and alcohol screening
- Satisfactory reference check, including previous employment verification
