About the Job
Genesis10 is seeking an Account Manager/Customer Service Associate for a contract working with our banking client in Green Bay, WI. This position will work onsite.
Compensation: $22.00 – 25.00 per hour, W2.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supports inbound call center and manages shared mailbox for account holder questions.
• Resolves and answers any account holder's problems or questions by being an "inside” expert and an advocate with the business line.
• Deals with account holders on routine, sensitive or urgent topics and can provide answers and advice immediately or within a reasonable period.
• Interprets regulations, policies, and procedures and conveys the information to account holders directly or through written communication.
• Provide problem resolution to support account holders and liaison between other departments in addressing shared concerns.
• Escalate account holder feedback to management when appropriate.
• Organizes workflow to ensure quick, efficient processing of mail, work-in-process issues, remote deposit capture, and account holder documentation a "no backlog' status in line with the department's SLAs.
• Appropriately document in the client management system with communications from account holders
