Account Manager - New Edge Associates a Talent Acquisition Firm

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a dynamic team in Coral Gables. This full-time, onsite position REQUIRES a strong background in accounting and fluency in both English and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Monitor and evaluate accounting data, prepare financial reports, and forecast financial trends.
• Supervise and coordinate the accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage budgets, oversee financial records, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications:

• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND PORTUGUSE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
