About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on working with new, renewal and marketing small to mid commercial accounts.
- Process endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, and non-payment notices.
- Handle new business and renewal applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, offering solutions and advice on coverage options.
- Manage and maintain client records, ensuring compliance with agency standards.
- Support day-to-day transactions such as audits, policy checks, and claims processing.
- Work with producers and underwriters to market and place new and renewal business.
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Proficiency in agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, or similar).
- 440/220 Insurance license.
