Account Manager Commercial Lines; Houston, TX - Criterion Executive Search

Join a leading regional insurance agency as they expand in the Houston. This is a new role due to growth and looking for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle mid to large market accounts. In this role, you will manage complex commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Service medium to large commercial accounts $100,000+ in premium, working closely with team members to manage both new and renewal processes, as well as ongoing account maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing client inquiries and meeting their insurance needs.
• Apply your deep understanding of insurance coverages and concepts to manage client accounts effectively.

 
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in Commercial Lines, specifically with medium to large accounts.
• Preference for candidates with independent insurance agency experience.
• Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles.
• Strong grasp of insurance coverages and industry concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
