HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Gains sufficient experience, knowledge and skills during a three-year training program to become a competent family physician and to pass the Board examination for the American Board of Family Practice.
- Provides patient care and other services while learning necessary skills to graduate
- Completes rotations required by ACGME and developed by Faculty
- Reads, researches, and presents new knowledge or findings
- Becomes a licensed physician in the state of Florida, unless prohibited by Florida Statute or other reasons approved by the Residency Director
- Documents encounters, experiences, procedures, and skills, as they are gained, to support credentialing/certification/ reimbursement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Post Graduate Degree (M.D., D.O. or equivalent)
Required Experience:
- No Previous Experience Required
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- ECFMG Certification
- State of Florida Physician Training License or State of Florida Physician License
