A growing insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service while managing both the new and renewal insurance processing for commercial clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams for efficient workflows.
• Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, while maintain strong relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
• Use Agency Management System to streamline operations and keep accurate records.

 
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years in commercial insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Expertise in commercial insurance products and coverages, (healthcare related exp. a plus).
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
