Legacy IPS is gearing up to fulfill the role of Collections Account Specialist for one of our clients. In this role you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. This role combines customer service, account management, and collections responsibilities to maintain positive client relationships while reducing overdue accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Contact clients to follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans if necessary.
- Receive calls from customers providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes to secure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and account updates.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills. Face-to-face and/or call center experience is helpful.
Pay: $20.50 - $24.67 per hour
