The Account Manager will cultivate and maintain strategic relationships, balancing customer expectations while coordinating interactions with cross-functional teams to ensure peak productivity and efficiency.
As the Account Manger you will partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth execution across supply chain and operations, product lifecycle management, order processing, procurement, planning, and quality and regulatory compliance to align with customers' goals.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating internal and external deliverables for a wide range of manufactured products.
- Utilize the ERP system to create sales orders while working closely with accounting and sales teams to manage order movement and shipping logistics.
- Assess current and future client needs, proactively promoting company services to address those requirements.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle for client products, collaborating closely with sales, quality, and compliance teams.
- Direct the new product launch process for key account releases.
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple project streams and deliverables simultaneously.
- Dedicated to excellence and high standards, with a strong focus on detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation, problem resolution, and consultative sales techniques.
