Currently hiring for an Account Manager located in Bedford Park, IL. This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $55-60k.
Requirments:
Must have recent or present printing/direct mail experience.
Job Duties:
- Complete service requirements & requests from clients and sales representatives.
- Support assigned customer accounts and provide clients daily project updates
- Process job estimates, enter orders based upon programming & production specifications, shipping releases, and order invoicing.
- Maintain orders with accurate information and up-to-date schedules within client account files and in-house CRM software.
- Recognize and resolve potential issues that may arise between customer schedule and production requirements and keep sales personnel and the client informed of issues and project status.
- Create work orders and ensure the correct materials & postage funds are available by the required due date.
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives, provide daily status updates for each project
- Managing account inventory and timely inventory releases.
- Follow all plant safety, sanitation and quality procedures.
- Any other appropriate work assignments as required.
