Account Manager - Trelleborg Industrial Solutions (TIS)

The Customer Service Representative is a key part of our sales team and has direct accountability for commercial support and customer care.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a high sense of urgency and a passion for making our customers successful. You will focus on servicing, growing and developing existing clients by building relationships, quickly responding to customer inquiries, finding solutions to complex situations and utilizing Trelleborg's ERP system to process quotes and orders.

This role will be responsible for a number of activities. These activities include but are not limited to:

• Manage customer communications, expectations and requirements.
• Responsible for receipt and processing of all customer orders providing internal and external customers with timely and accurate information and acknowledgements within established systems and procedures.
• Communicate customer concerns and feedback to the Sales Managers, Operations group and Product Manager.
• Provide support to internal customers.
• Provide support to peers and maintains a cohesive service unit.
• Update pricing per policy and advise Sales Managers when orders do not book within gross margin guidelines.
• Assist customers in resolving disputes

Qualified candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer facing role (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
• Minimum of 1 year ERP experience.
• Proven ability to build and grow business relationships.
• Ability to work through complex situations and resolve issues that satisfy customers.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
