What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Provide professional support to new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
- Independently solve routine problems and implement effective solutions.
- Manage account setups, updates, and programming with precision and attention to detail.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- A high school diploma or GED (required).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
- Solid understanding of call center operations and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A 2-year associate degree is a plus.
