Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee all aspects of the sales process and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order placing, billing and payment inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
- Process payments
- Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare accounts receivable reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an account manager, accounts receivable clerk, office manager or such.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
