Your focus will be on sole proprietor Interior Design and Retail customers within the Inside Sales Department. Quarterly travel to Markets for one-week intervals is required. RESPONSIBILITIES --- Actively engage in learning Surya's buyer-seller process specific to account development, and proficiently coach customers on use of our Key Value Propositions --- Work closely with your customers to gain insights into their goals and pain-points in business, utilizing this information to help them solve pain-points and reach their goals faster--- Achieve stated Key Performance Indicators specific to the PS-I role --- Maintain customer and sales activity data in Salesforce --- Resolve customer issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriateREQUIREMENTS --- Bachelor's degree --- 1 year of sales experience, or transferable experience in the field of Design or Retail--- Willingness to grow interpersonal skills --- Resilience and an ability to overcome objections --- Passionate about home d--cor brands --- Proficient in MS Office 360, experience with Salesforce a plus --- Attend quarterly markets for one week at a time --- This position is full-time, on-site at our corporate headquarters in White, GA PIa055a39f19b7-25660-34326814
