What We Are Seeking
We are looking for an ambitious and proven Account Executive to join our Growth team in the US. This role is about driving performance, managing client relationships, and helping businesses unlock funding opportunities through our cutting-edge AI grant-writing platform.
This is a fast-paced role suited to high performers who can hit the ground running, thrive in challenging situations, and deliver results.
Your Mission
- Deliver Results: Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing directly to the company’s success.
- Navigate Challenges: Confidently manage complex sales situations, handle objections, and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Engage Clients: Build strong, trusting relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Be the Expert: Quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our grant products, eligibility criteria, and processes to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Stay Organised: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, keeping the pipeline up-to-date.

Who You Are
- Proven Sales Professional: You have a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Resilient and Adaptable: You thrive under pressure, handle challenging feedback with ease, and are always looking for ways to improve.
- Self-Starter: You can quickly get up to speed and deliver results without requiring extensive coaching or guidance.
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong interpersonal skills and are confident in managing client relationships and engaging with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solver: You approach challenges strategically, focusing on finding effective solutions.
Your Background
- Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in SaaS.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable managing tasks and achieving results in a remote work environment.
- Technical Savvy: Skilled in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage processes and maximize efficiency.
Note: This position is US-based, and applicants must have the right to work in the US.

- Competitive Compensation: $60,000 base salary, OTE $100,000 with the opportunity to earn more, as our commission is uncapped.
