SpyGlass is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Account Executive to join our growing SpyCare Team. This role is pivotal in driving recurring revenue growth. SpyCare is a SaaS managed service and presented to clients upon the completion of our industry-leading SnapShot Audit. Leveraging best-in-breed software, automated invoice reconciliation, and active account management, SpyCare maintains continuous technology optimization and keeps technology investments up to date, all within a single managed service. Reporting directly to the VP of SpyCare, the Account Executive is tasked with efficiently presenting SpyCare's value proposition to our existing clients. This role necessitates seamless communication and collaboration with several SpyGlass Departments, ensuring a smooth transition from our SnapShot Audit to ongoing SpyCare management.
Overall Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our Client Services Producers to identify ideal client prospects
Conduct meetings with C-Level Executives to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
Present SpyCare's value, emphasizing benefits of optimization, visibility, and risk mitigation
Maintain sales activities, client interactions, and overall pipeline visibility in our HubSpot CRM
Utilize sales and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure SpyCare agreements
Strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of SpyGlass and SpyCare
Collaborate with SpyCare Account Management Team to onboard SpyCare clients post sale
Make financially responsible business decisions
Maintain quality of work product and overall customer experience
Production Expectations:
Conduct SpyCare Sales Meetings with clients who completed our Snapshot Audit
Secure new SpyCare clients each month, ensuring they meet defined unit and revenue targets
Compensation:
The compensation structure for this position will include salary, commission/bonus, and benefits (including health, dental, life, 401(k) with company contribution, and paid vacation).
Requirements:
3-5 years of full-cycle Business to Business sales, preferable in a technical discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leading and managing virtual meetings
Works well independently and in a team environment
Creative when solving problems
Comfortable facilitating meetings independently
Can make decisions autonomously
Motivated by attaining quantifiable company sales goals
Maintain an opportunistic attitude while being extremely persistent in their work
