Position Summary
Major Hollywood and independent movie studios have appointed Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. as their exclusive licensing and distribution partner to offer their box-office hits for public performance in non-theatrical markets (markets outside theaters). Swank represents Walt Disney Pictures, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures, New Line Cinema, Lionsgate, MGM, and many more!

Responsibilities
- Attract and secure new business while maximizing revenue for Swank Motion Pictures
- Negotiate with clients to retain business within approved pricing and policy guidelines
- Set and achieve sales goals by developing leads, writing contracts, and maintaining accurate activity records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication, education, and long-term partnerships
- Research prospects, stay informed on market trends, and design effective presentations to capture new business
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales, marketing, and service strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3.0 GPA preferred
- Leadership experience desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Works well in a team setting
- Highly motivated, goal oriented and competitive
- Excellent time management skills
- Work in the St. Louis office a minimum of three days each week
Organizational Relationships
This position reports to the Sales Manager. Interfaces with customers as a representative of Swank Motion Pictures. Interfaces with other Motion Pictures departments and personnel as needed.
