Account Executive - Southern Territory - Daxko

As the Account Executive II you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profitability, with a focus on cultivating relationships with new clients or accounts. You will excel in pinpointing opportunities within the marketplace, actively prospecting, and effectively engaging potential clients. Moreover, you will be adept at crafting compelling proposals and skillfully navigating the contract process to ensure seamless management and client satisfaction.

• Ability to self-direct in order to handle and prioritize requests 
• Proficient organizational/time management skills and attention to detail 
• Create, build, and maintain relationships and rapport with clients 
• Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical imperatives  
• Database management skills 
• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience 
• 2-4 years of experience in sales  
• Experience using a CRM software, such as Salesforce 
• Experience with Solutions Selling 

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas 
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal 
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships 
• Present products to prospective clients 
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty 
• Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs 
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation 
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data 
• 50% Travel Required
