POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing executive relationships with key clients to ensure engagement, retention, and growth. This role involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and proactively identifying new opportunities to expand business relationships. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and consistently exceed client expectations.

- New Client Growth
- Exceed sales targets by effectively managing all aspects of the sales cycle from opportunity generation to contract negotiation
- Plan and manage all sales activities with a focus on sales results and pipeline progression
- Create own pipeline by attending and speaking at industry events, and by actively engaging with potential buyers in other industry channels/forums
- Build a network across clients, prospective clients, and other industry organizations and leaders, and leverage that network to drive sales
- Manage pipeline activities including opportunity generation, proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, and renewals
- Client Relationship Management
- Manage executive client relationships through a combination of account planning and cross-functional leadership (setting account strategy for other AC3 departments)
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and optimize account strategy
- Market and Industry Knowledge
- Become an expert on AC3 solutions and how they deliver value in a client’s business
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts
- Act as an industry advisor and thought leader to build credibility with clients and potential clients
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, client needs, and revenue projections.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to help improve products and services.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional selling skills, including experience navigating complex B to B sales and strong presentation skills
- Excellent and sustained proven sales results
- Hustle and initiative to grow the organization and your own income and wealth along with it
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Adaptability to grow and evolve with a growth-stage organization
- Experience managing C-suite relationships
- Experience selling an enterprise service and/or technology solution
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a robust book of business and pipeline
- Ability to collaborate with Marketing and others to create the sales toolkit (presentations, collateral, campaigns)
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business development, or related field

This is a remote position with the expectation of travel to meet the needs of the position (up to 25-50% travel). Work is completed in a general office environment, sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 25% of the time. The work environment is favorable with adequate lighting and temperature, and no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
