Role: The Account Executive, SMB is an early-stage sales role responsible for selling the S-Docs portfolio into prospective direct customer accounts in both the HubSpot and Salesforce ecosystems. This position also includes, but is not limited to, handling various early stage Lead Qualification and routing responsibilities. As an individual who represents S-Docs and drives revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Teamwork
- Manage lead qualification process and proper routing to sales team for new leads of businesses over 200 employees
- Coordinate internal handoff of Leads to sales for prospects outside SMB market as well as existing account upgrades outside of SMB market
Sales & Service
- Create and drive new revenue within a specified SMB segment (1-200 employees).
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing new business sales opportunities.
Operational Management
- Maintain up-to-date opportunity and forecasting records within CRM system
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation via networking, associations, cold-calling, sales campaigns, tradeshows, etc.
Relationship Management
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships, manage complex sales-cycles, and present the S-Docs value proposition.

- Salesforce CRM experience
- SaaS Sales background
- Experience working at or within the Salesforce and/or HubSpot ecosystems
- Advanced proficiency in G-Suite

- Internal: Account Executives, Sales Directors, and VP of Sales
- External: Clients and Customers of S-Docs
