- Competitive Base Salary $100K - $135K + Commission with an OTE ($225K+)

Job Details
- Drive lead generation activities through cold calls, emails, and social interactions to supplement the sales pipeline.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority to effectively address their requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quota, demonstrating consistent performance and results.
- Proactively improve sales processes, leveraging best practices and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- B2B payments, FinTech and/or blockchain experience is a plus.
- VAR (Value-Added Resellers) experience is a HUGE plus.
- SaaS experience. Preferably in FinTech, and/or Cloud ERP/CRM or similarly related industry.
- Background in Channel Development, Business Development and/or Sales Development experience.
- NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and/or MS Dynamics.
- Ability to work in a Start-Up Environment/Mentality - We're growing fast!
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
