The Role:

• Build & Manage: Develop a multi-million-dollar book of business with general and electrical contractors.
• Influence Key Players: Engage lighting designers, reps, construction managers, owners’ reps, and property owners to drive decisions.
• Seal the Deal: Identify new projects, prepare detailed and profitable quotes, clearly demonstrate Chelsea’s value, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Ensure Success: Oversee project delivery, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish with flawless execution and keen attention to detail.
