A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Account Executive - Sales Representative at Reliant Media, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with commercial businesses in our region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in AVL and/or IT sales who is passionate about technology and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AVL technology.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AVL sales, specifically within the commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of Audio, Video, Lighting, Security, and IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales software tools.
