Responsibilities:
1. Driving the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the engineering industry, with a focus on furniture sales.
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
4. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management on sales activity and client status.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, and furniture sales preferred.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
