The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new subscription sales through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
You will:
Gain an understanding of our product offering customer stakeholders within the business aviation industry
Entrench yourself in a proven and established method for prospecting via email, phone and social media platforms to a targeted list of prospects
Use creative and compelling tactics to break through the noise and develop rapport with key customer stakeholders
Use a consultative sales approach focused on solving a prospect’s problems; not just pitching software features
Conduct discovery calls using a curated set of questions to qualify and schedule inbound leads to ensure successful demonstrations
Manage a sales pipeline in our CRM as prospects move from Lead to Discovery to Demo stages
Collaborate with Marketing to help create and manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
Qualifications:
3+ years of outside sales and SaaS experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic, coachable and open to feedback
Positive, problem-solving mindset with a dedication to individual and team success.
Strong work ethic, coachability, and openness to feedback.
Knowledge of CRM software, solution selling, sales processes and the ability to deliver online demos
Ability to travel as required (10-20%)
Comfortable operating in a startup environment, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and risk-taking.
