About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by introducing our innovative platform to new organizations and cultivating strong customer relationships. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring clear communication, setting expectations, and facilitating long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a robust pipeline of new customer relationships
Exceed revenue and new logo targets
Identify and understand customer goals to drive long-term value
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals aligned with company strategy
Log customer feedback and feature requests
Maintain accurate records of account developments in our CRM system
Occasional travel for client meetings (less than 10%)
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales
Proficiency in SaaS and B2B sales
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Word, and Excel
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel
Compensation:
The targeted base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Additional factors such as skills, experience, and education will be considered. Work Environment:
We operate as a mostly remote workplace with employees located around the world. This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from our San Francisco office as desired. COVID-19 vaccinations are required for employees working from our San Francisco office or attending in-person company events, prioritizing the health and safety of our team.
