The Role
Our company is on the lookout for a Business Development/Account Executive to join our team. As leaders in Salesforce solutions, we seek someone ready to collaborate closely with potential clients on their intricate Salesforce application development projects. We're not just looking for any candidate; we want someone who's the real deal.
Ideally, you possess experience in selling professional services or have a background in sales engineering, software consultancy, or product management with a focus on Professional Services. And yes, we proudly declare ourselves as Masters of Professional Services.
In this role, you'll spearhead both business development initiatives and oversee the sales process. Your success hinges on your ability to think innovatively, cultivate strong partnerships, nurture client relationships, and seal deals. We're seeking an individual who's not only curious but deeply passionate about what they do.

You'll need to have the knack for extracting insights, swiftly devising solutions, and communicating ideas effectively to both tech enthusiasts and novices alike. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling professional services and familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce platform; knowledge of other development platforms is a plus.
A zeal for creating new business opportunities and embracing challenges.
Ability to forge enduring relationships and make impactful connections.
A preference for flexibility over traditional office environments.
Responsibilities
Engage in polished communication with clients across all levels, from entry to C-suite.
Collaborate seamlessly across departments to drive the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.
Lead negotiations and manage contracts with both new and existing clients.
Demonstrate fluency in one or more industry verticals, such as Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Retail, High Tech, and/or Public Sector.
Develop and monitor pipeline and sales stage progression using Salesforce.
Cultivate relationships with Account Executives, Technical Architects, and Sales/Solution Engineers at Salesforce.
Stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
Maintain a forward-thinking approach towards emerging markets.
Stay abreast of new technologies and market developments.
Partner effectively with architect resources throughout the sales pipeline.
Experience
Required
Demonstrated experience in selling SDLC and Professional Services.
Sound understanding of the 4 P's: Product, Placement, Price, and Promotion.
Proficient in utilizing CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Technical exposure or background, with Salesforce.com experience being a plus.
Preferred
Active participation in industry and sales-related organizations.
Commitment to professional development and skill enhancement.
