ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team!
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships. You will nurture existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.

As an Account Executive, you will:
- Receive and follow up on qualified leads received from Sales Development, utilizing various channels such as networking, outbound calls, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs; identifying and suggesting products and services to meet those needs, demonstrating the functions of products and services, to close the sale.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.
A great fit for this position has:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or similar field, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently.
- Prior ability of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Understanding of client’s needs and goals.
