About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in introducing prospective clients to the transformative potential of our company for Business. With businesses entrusting us with their electric charging infrastructure, we are experiencing rapid growth, just scratching the surface of our potential. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the North America team.
Cultivate relationships and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and optimize the sales funnel from prospecting to closure, meeting targets consistently.
Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and complete ownership of the sales cycle.
Foster customer intimacy, comprehensively understanding and mapping their organizations.
Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer value.
Collaborate across departments to develop promotional initiatives and solutions.
Set ambitious goals, provide reliable forecasts, and maintain accurate tracking for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
Proven track record of pipeline building and successful business acquisition.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
Self-accountable, rigorous, and autonomous work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and French is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Eligible to work in the US.
