Your Profile
As a key contributor to Certified Credit's growth and success, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's market presence by generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. This role involves a strategic blend of sales prospecting, client management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with the Vice President of Sales to provide updates on client and prospect interactions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Actively attend and contribute to bi-weekly internal sales meetings, sharing insights, strategies, and progress with the broader team.
- Develop and adhere to a structured daily routine that balances new client prospecting with ongoing account management, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and customer satisfaction.
- Promptly follow up on inbound sales inquiries directed by the Vice President of Sales, ensuring timely and effective responses to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, participation in industry events, and collaboration with the marketing team to leverage campaigns that reach target audiences.
- Efficiently create and manage opportunities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records as opportunities progress through the sales cycle.
- Meticulously document daily interactions with both current customers and prospects in the CRM system, maintaining a comprehensive record of engagement.
- Coordinate and lead product demonstrations and training sessions for potential and existing clients, showcasing the value and functionality of Certified Credit's offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of Certified Credit’s product portfolio and industry trends to confidently present and position solutions to clients.
- Facilitate the preparation, negotiation, and execution of product agreements and addendums, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Provide professional, responsive post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to gain insights into their needs, tailoring solutions to better serve their objectives and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Act swiftly to address customer inquiries, involving relevant departments when necessary to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Stay informed about the company’s credit platform, as well as leading industry Loan Origination System (LOS) and Point of Sale (POS) technologies, to provide knowledgeable advice and solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the financial services or credit reporting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with a strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
