About the Job
The Account Executive (AE) is a full-time position on the national sampling and brand specialist team and is responsible for supporting multiple spirits brands on and off-premise sampling programs and providing general team support. The AE will provide execution support through various administrative and planning tasks. The AE will serve as a point of contact between our internal teams and our clients.

Working closely with the team, you will:
- Participate in the planning, development and management of new sampling program elements and events for designated clients.
- Provide direct daily support to Account Supervisor and broader team on an as needed basis.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for all clients for designated programs.
- Liaise with third-party vendors served by the sampling team.
- Manage the creation of internal and external meeting invites, status reports, agendas, recaps, and weekly calendars.
- Manage development of Point-of-Sale materials that support each of our sampling programs.
- Manage administrative tasks: creating job codes; facilitating invoice processing with finance; maintaining project management and inventory management tools; updating internal trackers.
- Assist with the development and management of program budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Exceptional written, verbal and communication skills
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Highly collaborative and a team player
- Nimble and solutions oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Experience in event planning/production, sampling events, or spirits industry knowledge is a plus
- Be a self-starter and take pride in their work
- Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks
- Experience with budget management is a plus
