What You'll Do:
As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing existing client accounts while also contributing to the acquisition of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Initiating the client renewal process, conducting thorough policy reviews, and crafting comprehensive coverage analyses.
- Facilitating meetings with key stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.
- Developing marketing strategies, reviewing submissions, and engaging in negotiations with underwriters.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers.
- Managing a diverse book of business, focusing on both large and complex accounts.
- Supporting producers in winning new business and expanding our client base.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in the insurance or related industry, preferably with a focus on real estate.
- Strategic thinking abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability.
- Familiarity with Applied Epic and proficiency in MS Office products.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, based on the location of the role.
