We're looking for individuals with sales and/or full cycle recruiting experience to join our executive search firm. Account Executives are trained on how to not only recruit top talent for our clients, but also how to prospect and build their own book of business.
We’re looking for passionate, gritty people to enrich our team. And when you make that dedication, we will provide the training and support to enable you to launch your career. We’ll show you how to make connections through phone, email, and social outreach. And you’ll be able to do all this from our office in downtown Naperville.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in meaningful conversations through multi-channel outreach including phone calls, video calls, direct messaging, marketing campaigns, and social media presence
- Build your own book of clients through prospecting, networking & attending tradeshows/conferences
- Identify qualified individuals - vetting them not only for fit, but for readiness to change
- Serve as a partner & advisor to your clients and an advocate for your candidates
- Facilitate communication & feedback between candidates and clients throughout the interview process and offer negotiation stages
- Take ownership of building your business through strategic planning & execution
- Network throughout your designated industry to establish your brand
- Collaborate with our Search Operations team to identify qualified candidates & follow the guidelines of the MRG workflow process
- Learn & utilize all of the technology and tools at your disposal to stay organized and work efficiently with your team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort
- Track record of developing meaningful relationships & conducting business over the phone
- Resiliency necessary to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position with superior cold calling skills
- Willingness to engage in professional social media outlets & commitment to building your brand
- Openness to ongoing professional development & coaching
- Self-motivated & comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy & open to learning new systems
- Pleasant & professional demeanor
- Comfort & ability to work within deadlines
We require that new Account Executives are 100% in-office because of the value of being surrounded by supportive colleagues and leadership. This position pays a guaranteed base salary and a competitive commission structure. We look forward to speaking with you.
