Absolve Absence Solutions, an Alera Group company, is looking for an Account Executive to join their Mount Laurel, NJ based team. This is a remote position!

Responsibilities:
As a key member of Alera’s National Absence Practice, the Account Executive’s primary responsibility will be to retain and grow revenue through close relationships with Alera clients and retail brokers, consultants and partners. The Account Executive will be required to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Alera retail offices and (producers, account executives, etc.) and their clients
- Represent Alera’s National Absence Practice from the perspective of administration/outsourcing, internally (Alera National Absence Practice, retail brokers/consultants) and externally (employer/HR, other product/service partners)
- Facilitate new business and build a pipeline of potential clients through the marketing and RFP process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Alera brokers and consultants and their clients (HR) for all sales, implementation and ongoing account support
- Understand, uncover client needs and offer strategies and solutions that align with their absence management requirements
- Consult and advise on best practice for policy, process and communication of the leave program and leave data within the employer organization
- Monitor program data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, and/or enhanced user experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills across all relevant media (MS Office Suite, Adobe, etc)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- >10 years licensed Employee Benefits account management or equivalent experience
- Established and current knowledge of absence management and related legislation (FMLA, statutory disability and paid leave, group STD, etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make credible recommendations
- Experience with benefits administration software and absence management systems
- prior LOA claims-handling experience is a plus

Salary range is $65K to 72K per year, plus bonus
