About the Job
This position will be based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and business development initiatives, as well as a strong understanding of the BPS industry. They should have a solid background in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
· Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
· Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
· Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress towards sales goals
· Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications:
· The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive results in a competitive sales environment.
· A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
· If you have a passion for sales and business development, a strong background in BPS, and a desire to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Experience of selling financial Backoffice services or supply chain back-office services is required
