SUMMARY: This Miami based position is accountable for Nike Swimwear sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales with current customers in the territory..
- Deliver growth, budgeted sales and profit goals with retail partners.
- Collaborate with customers in executing business strategies for growth.
- Present wholesale product line to selected accounts within territory.
- Formulate strategies and collaborate with Digital Marketing to maximize the investment of Sponsored Products.
- Manage all account details (daily orders, sales programs, credits, returns) for selected accounts within territory.
- Provide clear meeting Agendas & Recaps to management.
- Forecast sales & product goals for territory accounts.
- Attend customer meetings as necessary. Monitor competition and trends.
- Ability to Travel 20% of the time.
SKILLS:
- Experience in apparel, swim or sporting equipment sales.
- Ability to liaison with retail customers and PEI/Nike Swim internal teams.
- Experience communicating effectively across multiple levels of management. Systems driven.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. T
- ravel as required to accounts and division meetings.
- Product and merchandising knowledge that leads customers.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, negotiating principles.
- Demonstrates competency to anticipate and capitalize on the changing dynamics of the marketplace.
- Strong cross-group collaboration experience, capable of engaging with merchandising, planning, marketing and support organizations.
- Working knowledge of Google Applications and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize , multitask ,work independently ,meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Clear understanding of financial measurements; ability to leverage to achieve goals.
- Customer focused approach and quick to respond to client requests.
- Negotiation, analytical, and planning/organization/presentation skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 Years sales or planning experience
- Flexible & Adaptable in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects.
- Strong office computer skills.
