Account Executive - Lincoln, RI - Black Diamond Networks

Position: Associate Account Executive

Location: Lincoln, RI

Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential

What you’ll do:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
• Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
• Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
• Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
• Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute on client growth opportunities within accounts
• Effectively negotiate pay rates
• Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fulfill open positions
• Industries include: Quality, Validation, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Network and Communications, Biotechnology, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Industrial Equipment, Military, Defense, Semiconductor, Software, Hardware, and Mechanical

Experience and skills you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent

• 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred

• Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities
