The Account Executive is the lifeblood of the company. They are in the field working with our accounts, individual contacts and partners daily. We pride ourselves on that fact, so only those with an attitude of continued improvement and willingness to help others need apply.
Account Executive shall service the public by promoting the value of water remediation and restoration services provided by Company and establish strategic business alliances for Company while striving to achieve the mutual benefit for all Parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with Dry Force local accounts
- Proactively identifying new business for Dry Force via daily routes
- Weekly: 3-4 breakfast meetings with plumbing companies, visit 25 accounts/prospective accounts, and at least 1 lunch meeting with GM/Plumbing Manager
- Assist the marketing team with executing our market plans to ensure we are meeting growth goals
- Ensure you are tracking sales activity and updating our CRM
- Other duties as assigned by Director or President
- Promotes services, the delivery of current services offered and pricing to produce the highest possible revenues.
- Occasionally represents the company at trade association meetings.
- Primarily an outside sales and marketing role
EXPECTATIONS:
- 40-50 hours worked per week
- 4+client meetings per week
- 4 new client acquisitions per quarter
- 40+ logged activities per day
- Notes in the Luxor CRM system completed
- Check Dash for new jobs sold or lost / updates on jobs in progress
- Daily job tasks and compliance tasks completed
- Communicate with plumbers on the referrals that have been sent in
- Communicate to Manager and Colleagues via phone, text, email, Teams, or other communication
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or brand management
- Ability to Manage Accounts as a team or by yourself
- A positive attitude
- Stable work history
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Luxor preferred but not required.
