Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for the company.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and account activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, and B2B.
- Experience working with industrial equipment is a must.
- Proficient in MAC and Apple products.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Hubspot.
- Proficient in Excel, rate negotiations, presentations, C-level communication, reporting, upselling, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
