Job DescriptionCare Partners is seeking a high-energy, strategic sales professional to support its growing healthcare brand in Orange County. Care Partners is a multi-faceted healthcare organization growing at an exponential rate in the Southern California region. We are one of the only healthcare organizations to couple Clinical Medicine with Non-Medical Home care, offering a unique and sought-after healthcare solution in Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. This is an opportunity for either a veteran in the healthcare space or a coachable newcomer, eager to learn and make a name for him or herself within the healthcare community.
The ideal candidate for Care Partners Account Executive (AE) must radiate a passion for helping others, encompassing Care Partners’ core values of love, empathy, and compassion. The AE has the unique responsibility of representing the organization to referral partners in the community, while also making a meaningful difference in the lives of our families and clients.
The AE’s primary role will be to drive new business and relationship development for Care Partners’ Orange County Region. This means learning the industry and winning over potential referral partners through B2B efforts inclusive of in-person sales calls and presentations, attendance at industry networking functions and conferences and a multitude of other outbound sales activities. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various partners within healthcare space, including major hospital systems, post-acute skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living communities as well as specialty medical groups and physician networks.
Over time, this individual will establish deep relationships and exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on post-acute care and caring for seniors.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated interest in Sales / Account Management. While we’d prefer you have previous professional sales experience, some of our most successful employees have been recent graduates. Experience in a healthcare-related field is a plus.
- A College Degree is preferred. A Professional demeanor is required. We also care about your moral compass – the most successful people in our field are often the most compassionate and conscientious.
- Because we often work with a vulnerable population, our industry requires you to pass a federal background screen.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance – as an outside sales representative, you need to be able to drive yourself to appointments.
- Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft Office applications, cell phone apps, and the internet. Experience with home care software is a bonus.
While it’s not required that you live in Orange County, it is preferred, as you will be traveling daily throughout the county.

- Development (with assistance) of strategic sales prospect list as well as development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives.
- Outbound sales efforts inclusive of multiple daily visits and meetings with hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, legal/financial professionals, and home health & hospice companies.
- Attend networking events, conferences and industry events – these are occasionally during evenings or weekends.
- Attention to detail and documentation within our company CRM system – Every salesperson hates it, but we need to make sure we document our work.
