MetTel is looking for an Account Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with prospective customers to achieve sales goals and ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with various internal teams to address customers' needs and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services.
This position is in our New York City office located at 55 Water Street.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., other sales, sales engineering, quote fulfillment, customer care) to address customer needs.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues to maintain long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
