Account Executive - Healthcare Sales - Storr Office Environments

About the Job
Storr Office Environments is looking for an experienced Account Executive for our Healthcare sales team. This role will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive the revenue and profit growth as part of the Storr Healthcare team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales at targeted hospitals, medical offices, and other healthcare-related organizations in our market (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill to the coast)
- Pursue leads related to healthcare organizations. Leads can be generated by the sales rep, call-ins, inquiries through the Storr website, A&D or real estate rep leads.
- Establish networking relationships that can generate leads in the healthcare market
- Be active in key trade organizations related to healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM
- Manage projects to closure. This includes working closely with design, project manager, and CSR to create winning solutions for customers.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge appropriate for healthcare settings (on- and off-carpet)
- Become conversant in Storr Healthcare's value proposition, capabilities, and service offerings
- Work with marketing and design to create winning presentations and proposals
- Create pricing strategy, negotiating with manufacturers for pricing and make pricing decisions for all proposals, working with Storr management when appropriate.
- Develop strategy for large opportunities in conjunction with Storr management.
Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. degree from an accredited University in a professional field
- 2-4 years of business to business sales experience, preferably in healthcare and/or commercial furniture industry
- Proven organizational and follow-through skills required
- Proven sales and target marketing skills required
- Proven business development experience in the consulting industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Experience with commercial real estate preferred
- Willing to have a flu shot, required for hospital interactions
- ECAD Accreditation Preferred
