In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare systems across the nation, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency, indoor air quality, lighting, and overall patient and staff experiences. You'll play a vital role in partnering with private sector healthcare systems to optimize their operations and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with large portfolio healthcare systems, acting as a trusted advisor in identifying and addressing their business needs.
Utilize your expertise in sales to engage with key decision-makers, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Drive revenue growth by effectively managing complex sales cycles and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that align with client objectives.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, utilizing CRM tools to ensure efficient operations.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Performance Contracting.
Proven track record of successful sales within the healthcare or Fortune 1000 sectors, preferably in a National/Named Accounts model.
Experience selling facilities, facility systems, and energy efficiency projects.
Ability to engage with Director-level and higher stakeholders at corporate headquarters.
Strong sales performance, including a history of closing deals exceeding $1 million.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing turn-key projects with a focus on energy and facility portfolio carbon reduction.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare vertical and/or Fortune 1000 firms with large, multi-site national facility footprints.
